Resumen
In this talk I will focus my attention upon the rather
significant role that several Thermodynamic functions play in the
characterization of protein folding. Emphasis is given to the expected
consistency that must exist betwwen the various methods used to
measure, mainly specific heats and enthalpies. A brief attempt
is given hinting as a derivation of some of these functions
from rather "simple" statistical models.
